A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I coin myself a “sonic storyteller.” It’s my passion to lay a music bed every bit as evocative as your visual. |
Tony Solomon has formally trained in composition, drum, and piano technique from the tender age of five years into adulthood. At the age of 16, he became an international touring musician performing with 5-star hotel bands from Asia to the Caribbean and throughout the U.K.
Tony began his production career in Hartford, Connecticut for the Conn/ NYC scene. This led to a connection with Mercury/Polydor Records giving him the opportunity to do pre-production work for Vanessa Williams and later serve as second-chair keyboard tech for a then touring, Brian McKnight. During this time, his passion for music for film was ignited, and Tony began his quest as a scoring artist. Initially, he composed several pieces for PBS Staten Island and PBS Nutmeg Publishing of Hartford, Connecticut, leading up to present day, where he now has published material on major streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Tubi, Crackle, and Amazon Prime.
Currently, Tony lives in the South Florida area pursuing his musical passions creating masterpieces for not only "the big screen" but corporate training films, international audio books, video games, independent film, and documentaries.

I employ a well-fortified arsenal of software, sounds, and libraries for both foley and scoring.
Each project is approached as a blank and clean slate to give the piece its own unique identity.
All styles can be achieved in this manner and will be devoid of cookie-cutter, sound-alike projects."
